Waiting for a tram at Claraplatz, Basel, Switzerland, I noticed the clarity of the reflections in this tram. It was a sunny spring morning and the urban flower beds were in full bloom.

I absorbed the basics of life and painting from my father, James Cassidy. In the late 1970's I spent five years working in a Graphic Design studio in Dublin City. The influence of that discipline can be seen in some of my paintings. I enjoy experimenting with various painting styles and mediums also photography and lately, digital art.
